Soul Collection is a satire wellness brand created for a semester-long studio project. The goal of the website was to mimic modern beauty and health product sites while highlighting the strange, and sometimes questionable, trends that have existed throughout history.

A major focus of the project was animation. I used After Effects to create animated sequences, which were then exported as Lottie JSON files for web use. These animations helped bring the site to life while keeping performance in mind. I also used SCSS for styling, JavaScript for functionality, and the Animate on Scroll (AOS) library to time animations as the user scrolls through the page.

The site uses corporate-style illustrations and calm colours to create a soft, wellness-inspired aesthetic. I designed the layout, wrote all of the content, and handled front-end development. I learned a lot from this assignment, especially how to balance design, development, and storytelling in a single project.
